I truly believe in the therapeutic process and is aware how much growth and self-awareness it can give you as an individual. It can help you feel understood, valued, accepted as well as reduce anxiety, low mood and depression.  We will work together to find a way of being, which feel right for you.  Since qualifying as a counsellor, I have continued my passion for working with young people and specialised in working with adolescence, to support young people as they transition from child to adult.  This has also given me further insight into the impact of adverse childhood experiences and therefore supports the work I do with adults. I also hold an ACTO qualified in delivering counselling online and on the phone.
